OneSpace recent project involved the remarkable transformation of a lackluster leasing office into a semi-lounge area designed exclusively for residents to unwind and relax.
Our concept revolved around creating an oasis of comfort, where residents could escape the hustle and bustle of daily life. With carefully chosen color palettes, thoughtfully selected furnishings, and a layout designed to encourage social interaction and solitude alike, the new common area became a serene haven.
Every detail was meticulously crafted to ensure a harmonious blend of aesthetics and functionality. The once barren space was now adorned with cozy seating, ambient lighting, and an array of features to cater to various resident needs.
